Automobilis gali turėti natūralaus nusidėvėjimo požymių, pavyzdžiui, nedidelių įbrėžimų arba apgadinimų nuo kitų automobilių durelių. Viso automobilio funkcionalumas nebuvo patikrintas. Automobilis pirktas iš Suomijos ir tik vietoje nustatytas defektas, emulsija variklyje, taip pat užsidegė variklio klaida. Bet automobilis užsiveda ir važiuoja. Visapusiškas bandomasis važiavimas nebuvo atliktas, kad nebūtų pakenkta varikliui. Sukant vairą iš kairės pusės sklinda pašalinis garsas.
