General vehicle description

It starts and runs, but the engine is reluctant, sometimes all cylinders work, sometimes not, it runs nicely at idle, but when you give it more gas while driving, it seems that one or several cylinders are disconnected, sometimes all of them work, the thresholds need to be welded (in the rust) and somewhere the exhaust allows a little closer to the engine area
