Automobilis užsikuria, bet dirba ant avarinio režimo, elektronikos problemos(greičiausiai variklio kompiuteris). apsukas leidžia kelti tik iki 1500.

The car starts, but runs in emergency mode, there is an electronic problem (most likely the engine computer). The revs only go up to 1500.
