Automobilis perekupų nematęs, turiu 4 metus, registruotas mano vardu, nebuvo drifte ir pan. Originalus 328i, nesvapintas. Modifikuotas išmetimas ir įsiurbimas, traukia kaip 3.0. Važiuoja vienodai benzinu ir dujom, nevalgo nė lašo alyvos. Rasporkė priekyje, Mtech važiuoklė, taip pat pridedu Bilstein coiloverius kuriuos reiktų restauruoti. Du komplektai ratų - R17 su apynaujom vasarinėm ir R15 su apynaujom žieminėm padangom. Galima pirkti be vasarinių ratų pigiau. Pakeisti garsiakalbiai, magnetola su USB, originalią pridedu taip pat. Kaip matosi foto uždėtas Alpina lipas ir facelift kapotas.

Kėbulas nesupuvęs, bet daug kur parūdijęs, kaip ir dauguma E46.
Starteris užkuriant šaltą mašiną sudirba visada, tačiau kuriant šiltą kartais nesudirba. Kol kas eksploatuoti netrukdo, bet artimiausiu metu reiktų pasikeisti.
Neveikia vairuotojo langas.
Dega airbag lemputė dėl daviklio po keleivio sėdyne.
Reikia užpildyti kondicionierių.
Reiktų pakeisti vakuuminę žarnelę tarp variklio ir stabdžių pūslės.

Naujas priekinis radiatorius, variklio pagalvės. Visą laiką buvo pilama tik sintetinė alyva ir keičiama laiku.
