General vehicle description

The plastics are tired, the engine starts running only under load, it started to smoke (ignite), possibly the carburetor. The fuel system needs to be cleaned, the brakes are still working, the carburetor problem will probably be solved by the end. The scooter is located in Rokiski, ~09-14, I can bring it to Kaunas whenever I go there.
