General vehicle description

The car has not been operated for more than a year. Tech, expired on 03/27/2021. Then a car was used. It has a lot of rust, the rear arches are cut out and riveted. (That's how I passed that) the engine doesn't work very well, you probably need to adjust the valves. Starts, runs only after starting under the hood, allows gasoline (missing fuel hose)
