There is a leak in the fuel system from parking (doesn't stir when driving), but for easier starting from a half turn, you should tighten the hoses or change the spacers in the connections. Due to the leak, fuel leaks into the tank after standing for a long time. The ignition is good, it starts easily, but it needs to be turned for 10-20 seconds until it catches the fuel.
