General vehicle description

The machine was maintained with timely oil changes. Body 9/10 interior is not worn. There are summer and winter tire scooters for two seasons each.

Damage/defect description (body, interior, other)

The machine has defects. At the moment, it does not start, because it does not charge the battery (carbs), sometimes it smokes from the muffler, but I did not know why. The reason is not clear, maybe the oil allows, maybe the injectors. And the electrical defect, the oil gauge does not work, the light shows that there is a lack of oil, but there is no shortage.
