General vehicle description

Parduodu Seat Leon 1P 2005/12men.

Seat Leon 1P 2005/12 months for sale. I bought it from a car market with 212k mileage, driven from Germany, now 265k km. I drove for 3 years, second technical service.
The front springs were replaced this year, the manual cable, fan, all engine cushions, two calipers, bearing, trunk shock absorbers were replaced last summer. Discs with blocks were changed two years ago. Lubricants are changed every 10k km. Air filter: 2022/08/08 250k km.
Oil filter and lubricants: 2023/03/18 260k km. (Change every 10k km) Cabin filter: 2022/08/08 250k km. Fuel filter: 2023/04/05 261k km. Front tires changed last year, rear two years ago. As I understand it, the subui cables are routed to the trunk. It was already there when I bought it, but I hadn't connected anything. BKD engine 103kw without oil pan, but the document already says 122kw from Germany, it may have been chipped in Germany at an authorized service center.
What needs to be fixed at the moment: Change the turbine (blows when giving more gas) Reprogram the EGR (the coil lights up from time to time, but it drives the same) The air conditioner has not worked since I bought the car (I never checked it or fixed it, maybe it would be enough to top it up) Some of the parking sensors don't work, the windows like to squeak when working at +25c, the wipers sometimes go into service mode by themselves (it started after the engine was changed, although it works fine) and body defects.
I am selling because I bought a bigger car.
