General vehicle description

A car with a possible engine defect is for sale. The engine runs unevenly, the check light flashes and smokes when gassing. The tech inspection was done, it was not passed due to too much co at 2k revs. Before TA, the engine was running fine. The air conditioner does not cool because the system is empty.
