Maybe we have a Ural enthusiast, or a restorer, and who needs a whole motorcycle with parts like the one you see in the photo? 1963 Ural M62 with cradle and mileage 50k, new tires have been purchased. The owner still has a place in the garage. There are new tires bought as an accessory.
There are Latvian documents, but probably without rewriting after the death of the owner. 🙁
