Damage/defect description (body, interior, other)

Occasionally, when driving, the engine stops in response to pressing the gas, at which time check engine appears on the panel. After the rebuild, the car drives, but it stalls at lower revs. After clearing the errors it runs fine again.

The conditioner has not been refilled for a long time
Allows antifreeze (probably) past the thermostat.
A small dent in the trunk and small superficial dings.

Maintenance, repair description

A year ago, due to oil burning, rings, valves, and a polished head were replaced. The oil is no longer burned.
Before tech. serviced manual, replaced rear discs.
Tinted rear glass
