General vehicle description

The Golf was being prepared for a technical inspection, the sills were rewelded, the exhaust was welded, the front chassis was repaired, the turbine actuator was replaced. After the repair, while driving to the technical inspection, the car "went into a mess" - the oil in the intercooler caught fire and the car started to stall. The car was immediately turned off, and nothing was done after that.
