General vehicle description

Transporto priemonė – MAN TGL 12.180, krovininis automobilis, skirtas kroviniams vežti. Automobilis pirmą kartą registruotas 2007 m. vasario 26 d., Lietuvoje – 2013 m. rugsėjo 3 d.

Transporto priemonėje sumontuotas dyzelinis 4 580 cm³ darbinio tūrio, 132 kW (apie 180 AG) galios variklis. Didžiausioji leidžiamoji masė – 11 990 kg, masė be krovinio – 5 750 kg.

Automobilis priskiriamas N2 kategorijos krovininėms transporto priemonėms.

The vehicle is a MAN TGL 12.180, a truck designed for transporting goods. The vehicle was first registered on 26 February 2007, in Lithuania on 3 September 2013.

The vehicle is equipped with a diesel engine with a displacement of 4,580 cm³ and a power of 132 kW (approximately 180 hp). The maximum permissible mass is 11,990 kg, and the unladen mass is 5,750 kg.

The car is classified as a category N2 cargo vehicle.

Damage/defect description (body, interior, other)

Transporto priemonė MAN TGL 12.180 (2007 m.) apie 2 metus stovi nenaudojama ir nėra eksploatuojama.

2026 m. pavasarį automobilio variklis buvo užvestas – užsivedė. Tačiau dėl ilgo nenaudojimo laikotarpio dabartinė transporto priemonės techninė būklė nėra išsamiai patikrinta.

Prieš nutraukiant eksploataciją buvo pastebėti kuro sistemos veikimo sutrikimai. Nuvažiavus maždaug 600 km, automobilis prarasdavo variklio galią. Išvalius kuro filtrą, variklio veikimas normalizuodavosi ir automobilis vėl važiuodavo įprastai. Tiksli gedimo priežastis nenustatyta, kuro sistemai reikalinga diagnostika ir galimas remontas.

Automobilį nustota naudoti 2024 metai. 2023 metai, pakeista pavarų dėžė. Nebenaudojama, nes įsigytas naujesnis, ekonomiškesnis automobilis.

Kabinos salonas: vairuotojo sėdynės apmušalai stipriai nusidėvėję, vietomis suplyšę, matomi porolono pažeidimai. Salono plastikinės detalės ir vairas turi naudojimo žymių, matomas bendras salono nusidėvėjimas.
Kėbulas: matomi dažų dangos pažeidimai, įbrėžimai, nusitrynimai ir vietomis atsiradusi korozija.
Galinė kėbulo dalis: galinio borto paviršius nusidėvėjęs, vietomis nusilupę dažai, matomi ryškūs korozijos židiniai, ypač apatinėje dalyje ir ties metalinių konstrukcijų sujungimais.
Važiuoklė ir rėmas: ant metalinių konstrukcijų, tvirtinimo elementų ir kitų važiuoklės dalių matomi paviršinės korozijos požymiai.
Bendra būklė: transporto priemonė turi amžių ir ankstesnę eksploataciją atitinkančių nusidėvėjimo požymių.

The vehicle MAN TGL 12.180 (2007) has been unused and out of service for about 2 years.

The car's engine was started in the spring of 2026. However, due to the long period of non-use, the current technical condition of the vehicle has not been thoroughly checked.

Before the car was discontinued, malfunctions in the fuel system were observed. After driving approximately 600 km, the car would lose engine power. After cleaning the fuel filter, engine performance would return to normal and the car would drive normally again. The exact cause of the malfunction has not been determined, and the fuel system requires diagnostics and possible repair.

The car was retired in 2024. The gearbox was replaced in 2023. It is no longer used because a newer, more economical car was purchased.

Cabin interior: the driver's seat upholstery is heavily worn, torn in places, visible damage to the foam. The interior plastic parts and steering wheel have signs of use, and general wear and tear of the interior is visible.
Body: visible paint damage, scratches, scuffs and localized corrosion.
Rear body: the surface of the rear end is worn, the paint has peeled off in places, and there are visible areas of corrosion, especially in the lower part and at the joints of the metal structures.
Chassis and frame: Signs of surface corrosion are visible on metal structures, fasteners and other chassis parts.
General condition: The vehicle shows signs of wear consistent with its age and previous use.
